Trade Lock is a browser extension and discipline utility designed to prevent overtrading by enforcing trading rules, profit/loss targets, and lockout schedules. We prioritize user privacy and follow a strict zero-data-collection philosophy.

2. Data Collection & Storage

Trade Lock does not collect, transmit, sell, or monitor personal user data.

• Local Storage: All user preferences, trading rules, discipline triggers, and daily trade journal logs are stored exclusively on your device using chrome.storage.local.
• No Personal Identification: We do not collect your name, email address, IP address, or browsing history.
• No Financial / Broker Credentials: Trade Lock does not have access to or store your broker passwords, PINs, bank accounts, or financial credentials.

3. Remote Code & Scripts

Trade Lock complies strictly with Google Chrome Web Store Manifest V3 policies. The extension does not load, execute, or evaluate external remote code, eval statements, or third-party tracking scripts.

4. Third-Party Services

The optional cloud licensing feature validates active subscription licenses via secure HTTPS requests without transmitting your trading history, browser activity, or personal documents.
